Spa Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Guest,

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team. To provide the best availability to all our clients please review our cancellation policy:

• A major credit card is required to secure your spa reservation.

  To avoid charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• Changes within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your booked service.

• Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
